Breeder Farms

Breeder farms play a vital role in integrated poultry production companies by housing specialized parent birds that produce high-quality hatchable eggs for various hatcheries. Premium Chick Feeds is committed to utilizing Vencob parent birds in its breeder operations to ensure optimal results and maintain high standards in poultry production.

Hatchery

In hatcheries, a critical 21-day incubation cycle occurs, during which optimal temperature and humidity conditions are maintained to facilitate the healthy development of chicks. Strict adherence to biosecurity protocols ensures that the hatching environment remains clean and free from microbial contamination, thereby promoting the well-being and vitality of the newly hatched chicks.

Feed Mills

We prioritize the use of high-quality ingredients specifically formulated for birds at different stages of their growth. Our feed mills utilize advanced mixing and pelleting techniques that adhere to scientific principles, ensuring that the dietary needs of birds are effectively met for optimal growth. For energy, we include maize, and to fulfill protein requirements, we use de-oiled soybean cakes. Additionally, each of our feed mills is equipped with a laboratory, enabling us to rigorously verify that every ingredient is of the highest quality. This commitment not only supports the health and development of the birds but also enhances the overall effectiveness of our feed.

Soya Bean Extraction

Soybeans have served as a cornerstone of the poultry industry, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the health and vitality of livestock. Among its myriad application, de-oiled soybean cakes stand out as a rich and essential protein source, integral to the diets of broiler birds, for healthy broiler growth. Premium Chick Feeds operates two soybean crushing plants in India, producing refined soybean oil for culinary and industrial use and ensuring a steady supply of nutrient-rich de-oiled cakes for feed mills. This innovative approach strengthens our commitment to quality, sustainability, and superior feed solutions for poultry partners.

Nutraceutical Facility
